Introduction of a portfolio of digital apprenticeship programmes to both facilitate the development of grassroots digital capabilities and upskilling of existing staff, increasing digital and data competency and literacy across the organisation.

Unified Network Model (UNM)

Alignment of the planning and operational network models to drive consistency of data across enterprise systems, and enable the exchange of data internally and externally using Common Information Model (CIM).

Wayleave Payment System

Linking consent and property records in with the asset register which would then connect them with payment records and land registry details, enabling digital payments.
