What we will do and why

This project involves changing the old process of getting photos of customers' electrical installations. Instead, customers' are guided through a remote video survey. Our staff then use these videos to complete the work faster and reduce the number of visits to customers.

Target outcomes

  • Faster overall completion of work, fewer site visits for customers.
  • Improved customer satisfaction scores.

  • Increased number of right-first-time for customer appointments.
  • Improved customer satisfaction scores.
  • Reduced time to complete work.
  • Easier for jobs to be planned from increased information provided by customer.
