What we will do and why
Linking consent and property records in with the asset register which would then connect them with payment records and land registry details, enabling digital payments.

Stakeholder Engagement
Customers have made requests for us to modernise our payment methods from the traditional cheque methodology to BACS. In response, we have launched this initiative, which will be tested with users following mobilisation of the technology.

Alongside this, we are improving and upgrading our customer and supplier relationship management applications to improve interactions with our customers and our suppliers.
