Stakeholder Engagement
We are engaging business stakeholders, data users and leaders one department at a time to determine In discussions with other ‘Distributed Network Operators’ that have mature governance frameworks in place, we have avoided assigning ownership by system or asset type, focusing instead on categories of data.

Alignment of the planning and operational network models to drive consistency of data across enterprise systems, and enable the exchange of data internally and externally using a Common Information Model (CIM).
