We are delivering an improved work management solution to support our field staff; ensuring work delivered more efficiently and data is captured more effectively. Alongside this, we are improving and upgrading our customer and supplier relationship management applications to improve interactions with our customers and our suppliers.

An online platform facilitating the procurement and management of flexibility - from registration and qualification through to performance assessment and market settlement.

Development of enhanced medium to long term forecasting capabilities to produce granular and accurate models of future demand and generation, which will be shared in an open and transparent manner with stakeholders.

Making substations smart by installing computers in them to analyse and reconfigure the network based on specific conditions to increase the resilience of the distribution network, free up capacity and allow more renewable generation to connect.

An online cloud-based platform facilitating the dispatch and management of flexibility services from day-ahead to real-time - Enabling two-way data exchange via Application Programming Interface (API).
